Baking

"baking industry" means without in any way limiting the ordinary meaning of the expression of the industry in which the employers and employees are associated together for the purpose of the manufacture or sale and distribution of bread and all yeast products and flour confectionery, including biscuits and all other operations incidental to or connected with the foregoing;
"biscuit dough maker" means :
(a) class 1 up to 20 kilograms per mix; or
(b) class 2 above 20 kilograms but not more than 50 kilograms per mix; or
(c) class 3 above 50 kilograms per mix

"biscuit box assembler" means an employee who arranges empty biscuit boxes before they are packed

"biscuit cutter" means an employee who manually cuts dough to required biscuit shapes and sizes
